Summer trade shows are on the horizon, and we’ve already created revised brochures for one client. Are you ready for your next trade show? Remember to add your booth location to the home page of your website, and to make sure the mobile version of your website has that information appearing first to help attendees find you quickly.
You also might want to look at updating your website with your latest new product offerings, and making sure your brochures and website all have this year’s copyright on them. For the show itself don’t forget new posters (especially if you have a new give away this year). If you have new product white papers for online readers you might want to think about adding QR codes to your booth that take show attendees to a sign up page that can be filled in on the phone so they have that white paper in the email inbox by the time they get back to their office.
If you’re not getting a new booth this year then how about adding some new posters? For ease of travel you can arrange to have the posters printed at a local print shop. Posters can be mounted on foam core for more stability and then hung up with a small amount of velcro.
Is your trade show in a hot climate? Don’t just hand out generic water bottles, have a set of custom labels printed and attached to each bottle. Be sure to have a “put recyclables here” barrel in your booth so attendees have a place to put their empty bottles.
There are a lot of new styles of vinyl banners that are popular for trade show marketing, including ones that fold down into their stand for easy transport. If you have a schedule of events at your booth (such as talks or drawings for prizes) a standing vinyl banner is a great way to inform show attendees about the schedule. Be sure to check with your tradeshow company before selecting a style that might obstruct traffic.
Trade show marketing can be as simple as updating pieces you already have, or can involve an all new booth and new marketing materials, but no matter what it is you need we’d be happy to design it for you and to help you get it printed and delivered right on schedule.
